About My Job...
Systems Services Representative (SSR) positions are non-exempt, with responsibility for any/all of the following: providing deskside and/or site support services, installing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing company and multi-vendor products and systems including hardware, software, networking products and operating systems. Responsibilities may be executed on customer premises and/or remotely from a support center. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers of preventative maintenance, configuration and environmental factors which may impact product, system, and/or network performance. Manages the technical services aspect of the account or situation by developing a support plan with the customer, coordinating other support resources, and communicating with the customer to minimize problem impact. Takes responsibility to inform the customer of additional support services and refers product and/or services opportunities to the account team.
