About My Job...
I serve as legal counsel to the Home Entertainment division of a mini-major motion picture company. Currently working on a number of electronic sell-thru (i.e., digital downloading) deals with major online and brick-and-mortar video retailers, as well as direct-to-video motion picture productions and acquisitions. I also supervise legal matters for all departments within the division, including publicity, promotions, marketing, enhanced DVD content, operations, sales, anti-piracy and sublicensing.
