Technology can keep us connected wherever we go. Unfortunately, being connected doesn’t always mean you’re keeping in touch or “communicating.” I admit, I myself have failed to live up to my end of that deal. I’m sure many of you have as well.

Which brings me to my point. Keeping in touch is a two-way street.

I find it frustrating when you make an attempt to reach out to someone and that “attempt” is not returned. It’s understandable for individuals to be “busy”. Hell, we all are busy.. BUT.. your busy schedule will not be derailed or meet impending doom over a 5-10 minute conversation. Does it hurt to even call and give a simple “Hello, how are you doing?”.

I didn’t think so.

It’s a shame.
