About My Job...
National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) advocates for Asian Pacific Islander(API) seniors. Through advocacy, education and empowerment, NAPCA addresses the unique needs of the fastest growing segment of the aging population. In the process, NAPCA has played a pivotal role in informing public officials on the issues surrounding the aging API population.
We work to ensure that language and cultural barriers do not prevent seniors of API ancestry from gaining access to public health benefits and assistance they seek.
It is a privilege to help others who cannot better help themselves.
My role is to raise visibility and awareness about our organization. For those in media-holla!
