My Life Story...
Paul has lectured on technology and the animation industry before the Ventura chapter of Mensa International and has been an on camera expert for 3D photography for the Fox television series Sightings.
Pursuing an avid interest in technology, Paul became an angel investor, building a small lab facility and hiring technicians to develop a unique holographic motion picture camera that records and plays back in real time, and has the potential of transmitting its image over standard fiber optic networks.
In his new capacity as CEO for Ginovia.com, Paul hopes to be an effective interface for professional animation artists, technologists and emerging entertainment trends.

About My Job...
Bringing his practical design skills as a former technical illustrator for the legendary Hughes Aircraft and other large aerospace firms, Paul quickly moved into film and television production, developing shows as a storyboard artist and designer for top motion picture, television and animation studios.
He moved up the ranks becoming a storyboard supervisor, working for practically all the major studios including Disney, Warner Brothers, Fox Family, MTV and Marvel Productions. Scarzo worked on many of the most notable animated series including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Tick, Ghostbusters, G.I. Joe, Exosquad, Captain Planet and Gargoyles.
For Universal Scarzo joined the Special Events Department as a stage designer and builder, event planner and dark ride conceptual designer.
His quicksilver ability to move from blue sky conceptualizations, to design phase, to park layout, to engineering and then to final construction has served him well in his 25 plus years ongoing design career.
Paul is accustomed to leading large entertainment projects from inception to completion. Having worked in creative capacities for major film and television projects at nearly all of the major studios, Paul is intimately familiar with the inner workings of the decision-making process of the studio system, how they work and how they fail to work. His technical background giving him a unique perspective on the integration of technology with the creative process, never being afraid to implement that knowledge wherever possible.
“I’ve seen multi-million dollar projects, which in my opinion were D.O.A. and never should have been green-lighted in the first place, take down studios that were around for 25 years. I’m determined never to let that kind of fast and loose attitude prevail in my company or on my watch.”
“I’ve also seen the results of failing to respond to a new and ever changing market. Capital should consistently be reinvested in R+D to stay ahead of newly emerging technological and creative trends. Entertainment to me is more than just film and multimedia programming, it’s the process of creating new and innovative ways to deliver that product to market- wherever that market happens to be.”
Ginovia.com will be the premiere web location for unique animation and graphic novels from today's top-notch industry professionals. Saito Syndication was set up to explore the possibility of following a new business model in anticipation of the next paradigm shift, virtual programming, and then to supply the entertainment vehicles necessary to fill that production demand. In short, we have a grasp of what’s coming and how to exploit it to our advantage, owning and creating both the media technology venue and the intellectual property that supplies it.

Member of These Organizations...
In the past I've belonged to Asian Pacific Americans in the Arts, APAA, which concerned itself with promoting the positive portrayal of Asians in film and television. Things are a whole lot better these days. However, James Sun, for at least a few weeks, represented 99.9 percent of Asian men in a leading role on prime time television, which means we still have a ways to go. Way to go James!
My proudest affiliation was as a member of the JACL (Japanese American Citizen's League) where we played a crucial role in attaining redress and a formal apology signed by President Reagan for the interment of Japanese American citizens in American concentration camps.
