My Life Story...
Where do I start? The greatest degree I earned was getting kicked out of the house with $100 in my pocket at the age of 18. My Dad said "this is where the weak become the strong". Gee, great words of wisdom "thanks Dad". I had no idea that was going to happen. I moved in with my girl friends parents for 3months, and worked in his factory ($8hr)during that time. Saving enough money to get my own place. Quit that job after breaking up with the bosses daughter. Started a sales job at the Mens Wearhouse. Became top salesman after working about 6mo. there. That job at the time was paying me around $45-50k. That was alot for selling cheap suits. I became very good friends with the manager and district manager. It helps when you are the top salesman on the west coast. NO JOKE! We went out for drinks every weekend and sometimes during lunch while I was working. The only bad thing about being a good salesman in some companies, is that they don't want to promote you. It was time for me to explore other avenues. During that time, I took on a part-time job with a construction company as a custom cabinet maker for extra cash. I took advanced woodshop in highschool and was always good with my hands but prefered wearing a suit. Anyways, they promoted me after a few months and I was able to quit my sales job. Took a hit on my income but how are you too better yourself if you never take risks. Became an assistant project manager (40K). After a year my income was increased too 55k. Not bad for being 22yrs.old. Worked my butt off for another year and was handed the project manager job for $85k. The company I worked for built massive customs homes ($10million plus)and commercial/industrial parks. IGT was one of them. The reason for such fast success was that I was willing to keep my mouth shut and listen. Learned the in/outs of the business to gain any edge too excel. Have always been a social butterfly and knew all the biggest players in town. My biggest success however was not making money but falling in love with my beautiful future wife. I took another risk as many would say and I quit my successful job which by now I would have had huge investment in the company because that is my nature and instead I ran off to Las Vegas so she could finish Medical School. We were to be in Vegas for only 2years. So, I thought the fastest way to make a buck was too work in highend retail. Yes, and it payed off tenfold. I bought my first BMW, Cartier watch/glasses and etc. Not that those things are important but it gave me a sense of making it. We were able too eat at the best restraunts all the time. Started networking through the vip social scene. Was given a free Foundation room membership which is just about impossible. As most of my friends called me "Mr. Vegas". Most drinks were bought for us provided by the clubs we went too. We were big into the social scene and have meet some of the richest and most powerful people. My wife meet Bill Clinton (not a fan of ours). But it was neat anyways. Than we moved to Portland for 1yr. where I worked at Saks and again was the top salesman there in just under 2months. Than on too Seattle for 4yrs. where my wife is finishing her residency as a Radiologist. Bought a nice place and started a job in highend retail again. Damn retail is a trap, but I can make more money than most family doctors doing it. I have been offered many pharm. jobs, but have never been big on pushing drugs and leaving my family to go on business trips on a bi-weekly basis. We made some wise decisions and selling our home in just 2 days helped alot, we were able too make enough money so I can stay home with my 2 little girls. Not bad for being 30 I suppose. My Dad had the same thing happen to him(kicked out of the house) and he retired at 45. I think he thought this was a right of passage. What the hell planet was he from. But it worked out in the end. He was a big wig in the properties game. I will not continue that trend with my girls. You must have very thick skin, not that my girls won't but it is a dangerous game to play. If you were too ask me how to become successful, I would say "stop watching tv and get out as much as possible and make sure everyone knows who you are". Don't be a fake, just be true to yourself. Always hold too your word and never for any reason be late to anything. People don't forget that and that will leave a negative mark on you. Always dress for success, never look like a slob. Keep a postive attitude no matter what. Be apart of something (clubs). The most positve enviroment (church)and the best man(GOD) on your side makes a huge difference. Not everyone has it, I don't care how smart you think are. I will prevail over anyone with book smarts alone. I was always told and do believe, "you have to be born with the burning passion to succeed". Otherwise you are just another lemming. Of course there is nothing wrong with that, so long as you are happy. Happiness is the true measure of success! Don't let anyone tell you that it is money and cars. So far life is great and would not change a thing. To be continued...

About My Job...
What can I say... I love my job, being able to raise my children instead of our ex-nanny. Don't get me wrong, she was great. Kids need a role model at home and there is no one better than there mother or father. I My niche is that I am a brillant salesman and I have great listening skills. Anyone that knows me, can testify to that. I can adapt to any customer without being pushy. It seems rare these days that you can find someone skilled enough to sell. There just clerks with no real understanding of people. I have met only a couple that are worthy. I may start buying fixer uppers and renting them out for long term investments. I have a few very good areas I may start investing in soon. With the market cooling and rates increasing, rental properties will be hot again. My next venture to be continued...

My Education and Degrees...
The streets... Ok, I went to UNR. Majored in business economics. What a waist of time that was. I learned more from the real world and how business and finance really works. Really what a waist of money that was.
