My Life Story...
I was born in Bacolod, Philippines and moved to Houston, Texas when I was about two years old. My life has been a series of moving to different cities and states, eventually moving back to the Philippines and somehow finding my way to Seattle, Washington.
With all of the drastic changes my life had to offer, the only consistent person in my life has been my mother, who's been there for me through thick and thin. She is a strong woman with polio who took care of three children as a single mother (How do you top that?). I am proud to say that her guidance has brought me to where I am today.
Struggling to figure out what to do with my life at 20 years of age, I was introduced to my step dad who turned my life around. He taught me how to view things differently. He showed me how serving other's can impact not only their lives but my own. He got me involved in life and taught me enough to get in the game.
Now, years later, I'm proud to say that I am a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, run my own growing corporation and have wonderful employee's and the greatest clients that I am honored to serve.

About My Job...
I am a Certified Residential Appraiser and owner of True North Appraisal, Inc out of Kirkland, WA.
Since the official launch of True North Appraisal on March 7, 2006, with almost no traditional advertising, we have spoken through our great service and have already provided several hundred appraisals to the many deserving mortgage companies in the Puget Sound area.
We truly believe that service is the key to success and we strive to make the appraisal process much easier for our clients.
I am so proud to say that we are the definition of service in the appraisal industry. But what I am most proud of is the high standards and ethics that each person in True North has. We do things the right way. Thats the True North way!
