My Life Story...
I am an Information Technology Recruiter and have been in the industry since 2006. My attributes are in managing the recruitment lifecycle, particularly in sourcing, pre-screening, and closing candidates. My strengths are in client/candidate relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications. I am proficient in OutLook, Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Powerpoint. I am an experienced and results-oriented recruiter who is well aware of the IT industry with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
I am also a graduate from WSU with a BA in Business Administration concentration in MIS. I have strong networking and sourcing skills with addition to exhibit a strong drive for results and success and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines. My personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion, detail orientated, and a sense of urgency.
