About My Job...
I represent a variety of businesses and nonprofit organizations in the formation of business entities; drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and technology licensing agreements; employment law; mergers, acquisitions, and complex real estate transactions. I also assist nonprofits in obtaining tax exempt status from the IRS and property tax exemptions with the Department of Revenue.
My early experiences litigating business conflicts before focusing on transactions help me in structuring transactions to minimize risks. I have been voted a "Rising Star" by the readers of Washington Law & Politics three times.
